Tina Gandhi
Tina has worked in the energy efficiency sector since 2010, specialising in domestic retrofit, specifically developing local strategy/policy to assist fuel-poor vulnerable households and then delivering schemes to implement this. She has experience in managing and delivering large value retrofit schemes across the whole of Greater Manchester for all tenures. Since 2014, based in the Low Carbon Team, she has been managing the Greater Manchester Combined Authority’s Energy Company Obligation Framework. Tina has an MA in Theology and Religious Studies from Cambridge University, and in her former life, she was a practising Commercial Property Solicitor. In her spare time, Tina is a Theatre Critic for Bolton FM and a lay preacher for the Unitarian organisation.
