Saba Nayab
Saba is an experienced Development Surveyor (FRICS) with a depth of knowledge in regeneration and development, valuations, strategy and land acquisition, across all property sectors, with strengths in relationship building, stakeholder management and negotiations. She has worked on the Elizabeth Line, Battersea Nine-Elms regeneration and the 2012 Olympics.
She holds a postgraduate from Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. Previously CBRE’s UK Director of Sustainability in Valuations, she focuses on sustainability in real estate, and is currently freelancing. She is Head Judge for RICS Awards in the Revitalisation/ Refurbishment category and was past chair of RICS Awards London judging panel. Her community activism includes a focus on faith-based environmental awareness, and has held webinars and workshops to promote behavioral change.
