The Ella Roberta Family Foundation
Rosamund is the co-founder of the Ella Roberta Family Foundation that was set up after the death of her beloved daughter in 2013 from a rare and severe form of asthma. Formerly a teacher in Higher education, Rosamund now serves as a World Health Organisation Africa advocate for Health and Air Quality. She is passionate about raising awareness of indoor air quality, how it disproportionately affects social demographics, and how the public can make informed decisions for their health. Rosamund is also informing UN discussions on environmental racism and is interested in emerging research on air pollution.
“It’s our human right to breathe clean air and it’s not as if there aren’t solutions. I’m passionate about advocating for better air quality and raising awareness on the implications.”
