Franceska is a project coordinator for inclusion & climate justice at SOS-UK. Her work revolves a lot around The RACE Report which is to push diversity and inclusion within the environmental sector. She also had the pleasure of hosting the “If You Don't Know” podcast on BBC1Xtra, where she spoke on being black and working in the environmental sector. Franceska also spends her spare time working with a local charity - Voyage Youth - who lead and mentor black young people into positive progress.
