Ayeasha is the founder of Discovering Development, a platform offering research, consultancy and communications services to organisations in the international development and climate spaces. 

She is particularly passionate about unpacking complex issues in these fields and communicating them in clear, accessible ways for diverse audiences. 

Ayeasha is also Climate Research Manager at Level the Playing Field in Development (LPFDev), where she leads research on inclusion in international climate decision-making processes. 

She holds an MSc in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, where she specialised in research methods, environmental governance and energy transitions.
