Arun has spent almost a decade working in urban sustainability, energy, and climate change. This includes over 4 years in fast-paced, international climate NGOs and with city governments where he has led research, numerous public and private stakeholder relationships, and provided technical advice. He has also spent almost 3 years at Citizens Advice advocating for consumer rights in the energy market. His varied experience and background in engineering have allowed him to address specialised policy challenges faced in climate change mitigation. Alongside this work, he passionately advocates for EDI with every organisation he engages with and is interested in supporting and uplifting prospects for under-represented groups in the environmental sector.
